PRELIMINARY DISTRIBUTOR REQUIREMENTS
The following requirements are mandatory to initiate the distributor evaluation practice.
SALES NETWORK ALREADY ACTIVE THROUGHOUT THE TERRITORY
The candidate distributor shall give evidence that their sales structure has a penetration capability in the territory of at least 80% of the potential target (laboratories and hospitals).
DEDICATED CYTOLOGY
SPECIALIST
The distributor candidate shall dedicate a person to become a cytology product specialist.
That person will have to be a resident figure in the organization.

FORMAL AND STRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS
The candidate distributor will have to be organized as a capital company with positive corporate rating. It must have a representative office, with showrooms for Hospitex equipment.
WEBSITE, WITH DEDICATED

The distributor candidate must have a company website, in which to provide a special section dedicated to Hospitex products.
PRODUCT
INDUSTRY EXCLUSIVE
Hospitex offers and requires exclusive relationship in the cytology segment. On this segment, the distributor will only have to promote the products in the Hospitex Catalogue.
PURCHASE OF A COMPLETE CITOLOGY LABORATORY SUPPLY
The candidate distributor will have to purchase 1 complete demo set of the Cytology Catalog (excluding microscopes), to confirm and activate the distributionship agreement.
