The webinar focused on presenting the updates and the rationale behind the second edition of The Paris System for reporting urinary cytology. It was a wonderful opportunity for discussion with industry experts, organized by the Italian Society of Cytology (SICi).
The Paris System for Reporting Urinary Cytology (TPS), composed of cytopathologists, anatomopathologists, and urologists, was created with the primary goal of reducing the rate of indeterminate diagnoses while maintaining the excellent performance of urinary cytology in detecting high-grade urothelial carcinoma (HGUC).
During the seminar, one of the main objectives was to examine and delve into the morphological criteria that guide the decision-making tree of TPS 2.0.
Hospitex International was pleased to support this wonderful initiative.
