Centrifuge T16-50 is a 16 positions centrifuge provided with a tilting rotor designed for 50 ml conical-bottomed vials. The 16 positions allow an high productivity in samples’ enrichment and purification procedures.

This centrifuge is particularly recommended for urinary cytology where is necessary to concentrate the samples before the set up of the preparations. Based on The Paris System Guidelines in which it is stated that you have to collect three urine samples for each patient, thanks to the presence of a four-link with four positions each rotor you can place on each rotor’s arm a triplet of samples equivalent to a patient. This setting makes the samples recognition and the laboratory technician operations easier.
